Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to lead the design and implementation of recruiting solutions within large-scale payroll transformation programs. The role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including system configuration and recruitment process design, to ensure alignment with enterprise HR objectives. The consultant will be responsible for defining the target-state recruiting solution and supporting migration activities. Strong collaboration with various teams and adherence to best practices is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions as part of migration from SAP ECC/SAP HCM to SuccessFactors.
  • Analyse existing recruitment processes, including job requisition management, candidate management, hiring workflows, offer management, approval processes, and reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Define target-state recruiting solution aligned to SAP best practices, enterprise HR operating model, security and compliance standards, and cloud transformation strategy.
  • Support migration of recruitment data and configurations from Legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
  • Design and support integrations with SAP Employee Central, external job boards, background screening providers, and SAP CPI/Middleware platforms.
  • Support end-to-end testing including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Support cutover planning and hypercare activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, integration, security, and programme teams across all phases of delivery.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment process optimisation and standardisation.
  • Support governance, design authority forums, and architecture assurance reviews.
  • Ensure documentation, solution design, and knowledge transfer artefacts are completed to required standards.

  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module including Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Candidate Experience.
