We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Programme Lead to take ownership of a major global HR transformation programme. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation, while also leading the competitive selection and onboarding of a best-of-breed third-party payroll provider. You’ll work at the centre of our people strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, managing external delivery partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, business-critical transformation programme.
