We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (BAU/AMS) to support a global HR landscape for a leading international client.
Key Skills Required
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – hands-on configuration
- Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows & Event Reasons
- Position Management & Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- BAU/AMS Support (L2/L3), Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL)
- Data Imports, Configuration Workbooks & Release Management
- Regression Testing, UAT & Production Support
- Integration knowledge (SAP CPI/Integration Suite, Payroll interfaces)
- ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy experience
- Story, Canvas & Ad Hoc Reporting
Preferred Experience
- 5–9+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- 3+ years of Employee Central BAU/AMS support experience
- Multi-country HR implementations/support
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification
