SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support a UK and Ireland payroll project. The consultant will be replacing an existing resource and will be responsible for ensuring continuity across the payroll scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured handover from the outgoing consultant.
• Provide hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll support across the UK and Ireland.
• Support payroll configuration, testing and implementation activities.
• Assist with payroll validation, parallel runs, defect resolution and troubleshooting.
• Support both weekly and monthly payroll processes.
• Resolve payroll-related issues and ensure continuity of payroll operations.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with the resolution of payroll-related incidents and queries.
• Work closely with project stakeholders and payroll teams to ensure effective delivery.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience supporting SAP payroll implementations.
• Knowledge of UK payroll processes and requirements.
• Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, cutover and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability to start at short notice.

Experience with Irish payroll localisation and processing would be highly advantageous.
