Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Employee Central configuration, HR processes, and stakeholder engagement.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Employee Central configuration and implementation
• Foundation Objects and MDF
• Business Rules and Workflows
• Position Management
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Data imports and validation
• Functional testing, UAT, and go-live support
• Integration knowledge (EC with SAP/non-SAP systems) is desirable

Experience

• Proven years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Multiple end-to-end Employee Central implementation projects
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred

Contract: Immediate start

Duration: 2-3 months+
