Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Implementation Lead will oversee the end-to-end implementation and global rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors EC for a major enterprise program. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, leading workshops, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery across multiple regions. The position is based in Manchester and requires hybrid working arrangements. Candidates should be open to full-time employment conversion after three months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Conduct blueprint and design workshops with business stakeholders
  • Configure EC modules including Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules, and Data Models
  • Drive global template design and multi-country rollouts
  • Oversee data migration activities including templates, validation rules, and transformation logic
  • Act as the primary functional lead for EC across global teams
  • Coordinate integrations with modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, and Payroll
  • Facilitate UAT, training sessions, and change management activities
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely project delivery

Key Skills:

  • 12 years of overall experience, with 6+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • 2–3 full lifecycle EC implementations as Lead or Senior Consultant
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Mandatory)
  • Strong experience in solution design, stakeholder management, and implementation leadership
  • Experience in global or multi-country deployments is highly preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise HR transformation programs and global HRIS implementations

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end EC implementation and global rollouts for a major enterprise program.

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Implementation Lead – Manchester (Hybrid)

Location: Manchester, UK

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Travel: Spain & Sweden (4–6 times/year – travel expenses covered)

Note: Candidates should be open to FTE conversion after 3 months
