Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors ECP Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing testing activities within an SAP Programme in the UK on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months. The role requires extensive experience in SAP Testing, particularly with SuccessFactors and HCM modules, and the ability to manage a large testing team while ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining the scope of testing, including understanding system data requirements and processes for SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
• Coordinating with clients for system study, requirements verification, and testing software programs.
• Identifying and analyzing defects, questionable functions, and errors in program functionality.
• Documenting, tracking, and communicating test plans and results while managing the testing process.
• Monitoring QA activities, test results, defects, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Ensuring QA testing requirements are met and reporting project progress.
• Leading a large testing team for manual and automation testing across multiple projects.

Key Skills:

• Testing experience within SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementations with at least 3 full lifecycles.
• Proven expertise in testing SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, including EC and ECP, with experience in UK ECP payroll parallel runs.
• Experience as a Testing workstream lead in SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementations.
• Knowledgeable in managing HR data testing projects in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Overall 12+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in SAP Payroll testing.
• Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors ECP and payroll testing projects.
• Experience working with customer business and IT teams.
