Job Description – SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Sr Dev

1. Synthesis of the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Sr Dev (Employee Central) to support an urgent development initiative related to payslip functionalities. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end activities, including both business analysis and hands-on configuration directly within the SuccessFactors system. This role requires a strong functional and technical profile capable of translating business needs into system solutions in a fast-paced environment.

2. Key Skills

• Technical & Functional Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (EC)
• Senior-level experience in configuration and development within EC
• Experience related to payroll and payslip development
• Ability to perform both functional analysis and system configuration

• Additional Skills:

• Experience in LATAM environments (preferred)
• Project management experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills are essential

• Languages:

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Based in LATAM preferred (flexible if needed)

3. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to payslip development in SuccessFactors
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configuration
• Perform hands-on configuration within Employee Central (EC)
• Contribute to design and implementation of payroll-related solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and payroll experts
• Ensure end-to-end delivery from analysis to implementation
• Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
