Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) and Payroll modules. The successful candidate will provide both technical and functional support, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our SuccessFactors landscape.
Key Tasks
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support for SuccessFactors EC and Payroll modules, including preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Resolve user issues and queries promptly and efficiently to guarantee business continuity.
- Analyse current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimise the SuccessFactors solution.
- Implement enhancements and updates based on best practices and evolving business needs.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
- Manage and coordinate new SuccessFactors releases, ensuring compatibility and minimal operational disruption.
- Evaluate new functionalities and provide recommendations regarding their adoption.
- Deliver continuous training and support to end-users and the HR team on SuccessFactors usage.
- Update technical documentation and user manuals as changes and improvements are implemented.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient integration of SAP solutions.
