Summary: Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a new project starting in November. The role requires expertise in SAP ECP implementations and traditional SAP Payroll systems, with a focus on compliance with UK payroll legislation. This is a hybrid position based in London, requiring two days on-site work. The contract is for six months and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement SAP ECP with full life cycle experience, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Manage traditional SAP Payroll systems and ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation.
- Configure and process payroll schemes, rules, and cycles.
- Oversee core HR and payroll activities, including hiring, termination, and benefits administration.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP ECP implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in on-premise SAP Payroll systems.
- Familiarity with UK payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.
- Deep understanding of SAP ECP configuration and end-to-end payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with payroll configuration and execution.

- On-Premise SAP Payroll: 5+ years of experience in traditional SAP Payroll systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with UK payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.
- SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll): Deep understanding of configuration, integration, and end-to-end payroll processing within SAP ECP.
- Payroll Configuration & Processing: Hands-on experience with schemes, rules configuration, payroll cycles, wage types, and payroll execution.
- General Payroll Processes: Strong knowledge of core HR and payroll activities - including hiring and termination, compensation management, and benefits administration.
