Summary: Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors consultant for a new project starting in November. The role requires expertise in SAP ECP implementations and traditional SAP Payroll systems. This is a hybrid position based in London, with a contract length of 6 months. The consultant will need to have a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP ECP Implementations: 3-5 years of full life cycle SAP ECP implementation experience, covering configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • On-Premise SAP Payroll: 5+ years of experience in traditional SAP Payroll systems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with UK payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.
  • SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll): Deep understanding of configuration, integration, and end-to-end payroll processing within SAP ECP.
  • Payroll Configuration & Processing: Hands-on experience with schemes, rules configuration, payroll cycles, wage types, and payroll execution.
  • General Payroll Processes: Strong knowledge of core HR and payroll activities - including hiring and termination, compensation management, and benefits administration.

Key Skills:

  • 3-5 years of SAP ECP implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in traditional SAP Payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with UK payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.
