SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role involves analyzing business requirements and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, and HRIS. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities
• Configure and implement modules including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, and HRIS
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and system capabilities
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and data migration
• Maintain documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and user manuals
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, and HRIS modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
