  • Lead customer workshops and discussions, providing planning and facilitation support.
  • Conduct Unit testing, Link Testing, Integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

SAP Success Factors Consultant required for a SAP Programmed based in the UK on a contract basis for 6 months initially.

Responsibilities

* Must have full life cycle implementation of SAP Success Factor from Project Preparation phase to go live.
* Subject matter expertise in HR domain with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the HR * processes and technologies and opportunities. Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Implementation of EC and Onboarding modules.
* Ability to partner up with customer stakeholders and process owners to develop EC, Recruiting & Onboarding business cases, Integration architecture and deployment road maps focused on SAP solutions to deliver thoughtful IT solutions to customer business.
* Deep skills and knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment (Management, Marketing and Posting) and Onboarding 2.0.
* Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, conduct workshops and support facilitation of same.
* Lead customer discussions and workshops and highlight.
* Perform Unit test, Link Testing, Integration testing, User acceptance tests (UAT).

Required Skills

* Must have more than 10 years of working experience SAP SuccessFactors.
* Must have Certification in “SuccessFactors Certification Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0”.
* Must have led at least 4 full life cycle project implementations as R&O Lead Consultant.
* Must have completed at least 1 implementation for Onboarding 2.0.
* Ability to work with global team.
* Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, configuration, integration as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities.
* Experience in data migration activities for complex data migrations from customer HR legacy systems to SuccessFactors.
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (i.e., in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).
* Knowledge of standard testing practices for SAP Projects is a must Past experience with the application HP Quality Centre is an advantage (i.e., for the creation and execution of test scripts and the resolution of Defects)
