  • Support SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
  • Improve existing SuccessFactors solutions through analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.

An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join a major HR transformation programme with a leading client of ours.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant within large enterprise environments
  • Proven experience implementing, supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding 2.0
  • Wider exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules such as Learning (LMS), Goal Management & Performance Management (GMPM) and People Analytics
  • Proven experience supporting SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration projects
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data models and SuccessFactors best practices
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience improving existing SuccessFactors solutions
