Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Manage SuccessFactors Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0.
- Support SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
- Improve existing SuccessFactors solutions through analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data models.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant within large enterprise environments
- Proven experience implementing, supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding 2.0
- Wider exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules such as Learning (LMS), Goal Management & Performance Management (GMPM) and People Analytics
- Proven experience supporting SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration projects
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data models and SuccessFactors best practices
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience improving existing SuccessFactors solutions
