Role Description
This is a worldwide delivery which other countries have already delivered, preference would be to have a TL that has experience of delivering SAP success factors.
Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts
Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting
Experience managing onsite test teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts
Ability to drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively
Hands-on experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
Experience in success factors modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Payroll Integration (if applicable), Performance & Goals
Understanding of integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray
Strong working knowledge of test case design, defect life cycle, regression testing
Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models used in enterprise SAP programs
Experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, or change request testing
Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment.
