Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Change Management and Transport processes
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end incident resolution
• Monitor and configure Basis settings, create interfaces, and manage DDIC changes
• Administer and monitor HANA landscape
• Oversee and maintain multiple SAP instances (development, test, and production)
• Implement technical changes in a structured way to ensure reliability, availability, and performance
• Collaborate to define SAP best practices and "Golden Rules"
• Perform root cause analysis, tuning, and improvements to ensure optimum performance and minimize downtime
