Summary: The SAP Specialist role involves performing functional testing for SAP S/4 HANA Finance Modules, focusing on integrations with various systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional testing for SAP S/4 HANA Finance Modules, including integrations of various systems.
  • Create test cases, test scripts, and expected results for different integration scenarios.
  • Document interface mapping and transformation logic (e.g., via SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or APIs).
  • Execute end-to-end testing for integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and downstream/upstream systems.
  • Validate data mapping, transformation, and interface behaviour using tools such as SAP CPI and API (Postman).
  • Log defects in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM); re-test after fixes and track defect closure.
  • Work closely with developers, integration consultants, and functional teams to troubleshoot issues.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of finance business processes (financial accounting, management accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury management).
  • Experience in end-to-end testing of SAP S/4 Finance (Cloud).
  • Project experience with Public Sector Banks and Public Funds.
  • Proficiency in API and middleware testing (CPI).
  • Experience with file-based data transfers (SFTP, CSV, XML) and real-time/batch integration tests.
