Summary: The SAP Specialist role requires a functional and technical professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4, specifically as a Production Planning consultant. The position involves providing expert advice, designing and developing solutions, and delivering support for both new and existing SAP systems. The specialist will also manage relationships with third-party suppliers and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs.
- Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders using data and analysis.
- Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members.
- Take ownership of and solve complex technical problems within specialty.
- Prioritise work to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests, and projects.
- Provide support for data migration projects as required.
- Translate business data requirements into solution framework/architecture.
- Facilitate incident and problem resolution with business experts and technical resources.
- Ensure tight deadlines are met by planning and prioritising work efficiently.
- Coordinate the development of code elements and review deliverables.
- Support User Acceptance Testing for new Business Solutions.
- Assist in producing User guides and training documentation.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 as a Production Planning consultant.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Production Planning.
- Ability to design and develop business/process enhancing solutions.
- Experience in project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in data migration and incident/problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
