Summary: The SAP Solutions Lead is a senior role focused on leading the design and integration of business solutions across a global programme. This position requires collaboration across various domains, including Make-to-Order, Supply Chain Planning, and Financial Planning, to ensure effective solution delivery. The individual will manage stakeholder engagement and transition processes while promoting customer-centric solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week on-site in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and shape cross-functional business solutions aligned with strategic and operational goals
- Drive end-to-end solution walkthroughs, ensuring buy-in from all delivery partners and business owners
- Facilitate collaborative design sessions across multiple domains (MTO, SCP, Planning, Pricing, Finance)
- Manage the transition from current to future operating models, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum clarity
- Champion customer-first thinking in all aspects of design and process evolution
- Identify and articulate solution risks, readiness, and dependencies to senior forums (eg, CITs, Governance Boards)
- Represent business solution quality concerns at the Dependency Management Forum and Critical Integration Teams (CITs)
- Align stakeholders across partners on scope, timelines, and design priorities
Key Skills:
- 5-8 years' experience in business solution design, transformation, or enterprise change programmes
- Proven track record in large-scale, multi-partner programme delivery, preferably with cross-functional scope
- Experience working across MTO, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Planning, Pricing and Financial domains
- Strong delivery grounding with both project coordination and business process design expertise
- Experience contributing to or leading solution governance forums and programme-level discussions
