SAP Solution Architect with Testing experience 10 months role Remote working
Next Ventures are currently looking for a SAP Solution Architect with Test Lead experience for a remote based role.
Technical Skills Required:
- Technical and Business domain Knowledge across 12 years+ of experience in SAP and specially in S4 across full end to end implementation projects.
- Cross-Application components knowledge: SAP SCM, FI/CO, WM, SAP integration within client legacy system landscape with other Connex applications.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving along with Stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ERP Solution Quality Assurance, team coordination, enhancing current solutions, troubleshooting, leading workshops.
- Nice to have SAP module experience WMS (SAP to Manhattan integration), Spare Parts Planning (SPP), and Advance Planning Optimisation (APO).
- Has delivered end to end projects (design to deploy) and ideally with S/4Hana experience
- European Deployment experience (Nice to have)
- Automotive and After Sales Industry knowledge (Nice to have)
- Tricentis / cloud ALM testing automation tool experience (Nice to have)
The role of the SAP Hybrid Solution Architect / Testing Lead:
- Synchronizing and efficiently managing across all project & support streams the impact of any changes to the system(s), business processes or other in scope objects identified through to implementation.
- Effective management of the path to production with individual consultants, ensuring environment build is on time and to be agreed specification.
- Ensuring any integration impacts arising are aligned with business change activities.
- Delivery and prioritization and sign-off of project design deliverables and completion of design reviews with the business.
- Approval of the overall design of the specific configuration, application architecture, information architecture, infrastructure, and developed functionality e.g. interfaces
- To act as the custodian of the Project Technical Design Authority governance meetings
- Managing stakeholders i.e., interface between AS business, IS/IT departments and 3rd parties
- Ensure to deliver the agreed project objectives within agreed budget, resources and timelines and escalate to the IS Program Manager and PMO where necessary.
- Support the projects leads in place into the overall delivery (coordination and planning) for all IS project workstreams like Infrastructure, External systems, Middleware, etc ) together with Business and the system integrator.
- Manage risk and mitigation review and escalate to Program Leads if necessary.
- Ensure a regular communication to the Project Team, Sponsor and project stakeholders, as per agreed governance structure.
- Monitoring and controlling the migration of solution code on the path to production, ensuring program quality standards are adhered to
- Ensuring the effective transition of the as built solution and associated integration artifacts and knowledge objects to the support organization
- Work with SAP Premium Services for resolving any product issues or get designed reviewed and assessed.
- Organize and Lead the E2E projects Test phases.
Ability to run and triage meetings for defect management
