Summary: The SAP SLCM Consultant role involves supporting a client implementation by focusing on the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP's Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) module. The consultant will work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions that meet complex organizational needs. This position requires proven experience in SAP SLCM implementations, particularly within higher education or public sector environments. The role is contract-based, with an initial duration of three months and potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of SAP SLCM solutions, from requirements gathering through to configuration and deployment
- Configure key SLCM components - including student administration, enrolment, academic structure, curriculum management, and grading processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into SAP solutions
- Support integration of SLCM with other SAP modules and external systems
- Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to client-side users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full life cycle of SLCM processes
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working on SAP SLCM implementations within higher education or public sector environments
- Strong understanding of student administration processes and how they map into SAP SLCM
- Ability to configure, test, and optimise SLCM functionality
- Knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, HR, and other SAP modules
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical users
- Prior consultancy experience preferred

SR2 is working with a specialist consultancy on a new engagement and looking for an experienced SAP SLCM Consultant to support a client implementation. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP's Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) module, ensuring that it meets complex organisational requirements.
You'll join as part of a delivery team working across stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver a robust and user-focused solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of SAP SLCM solutions, from requirements gathering through to configuration and deployment
- Configure key SLCM components - including student administration, enrolment, academic structure, curriculum management, and grading processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into SAP solutions
- Support integration of SLCM with other SAP modules and external systems
- Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to client-side users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full life cycle of SLCM processes
