Summary: SAP Signavio Consultant needed for a 6-month contract in the UK, requiring proven experience with SAP Signavio and the ability to work independently on a fast-paced project. The role involves collaborating with clients to analyze processes, leveraging process intelligence tools, and contributing to consulting projects. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of ERP systems and process management concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand challenges, business scenarios, and processes.
- Leverage Signavio Process Intelligence, process mining, and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive setup and connection to ERP systems and other digital technologies for process mapping and improvement.
- Lead customer-specific process analysis to gain insights into behaviour and performance, identifying potential improvements.
- Contribute to Proof-of-Concept initiatives and consulting projects (requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, solution deployment).
- Support Signavio consultants in client engagements.
- Collaborate with the product development team on new product ideas and features.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on 3-4 years of relevant Signavio experience.
- Understanding of key customer processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with SQL, databases, ETL, and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.).
- Solid understanding of process management concepts and BPM technology.
- BI or process mining tool experience (Celonis, ARIS PPM, QPR) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and articulation skills.
- Previous consulting experience preferred.
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations.
