Key Responsibilities:

- Provide senior expertise in SAP Service Management and act as a trusted business partner to the client, helping find solutions in a highly customised environment.
- Conduct assessment activities and support blueprint design for the greenfield implementation.
- Experience in SAP Service Management integration with SD would be highly valuable.
