Job specification: SAP Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a contract SAP Service Delivery Manager for a six-month assignment to cover a shortfall in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery for various accounts, which could be in the private or public sector.
Responsibilities
Manage service delivery for a range of accounts, potentially including clients in manufacturing, or the public sector.
Act as a key customer-facing contact.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
Expertise in SAP is essential.
Strong customer-facing and collaborative skills are a must.
ITIL certification is preferred.
Ability to travel to client sites is a mandatory requirement.
One potential role requires being on-site in Manchester two days a week.
Candidates must be eligible for security clearance.
Contract details
Duration: 6 months.
Location: A mix of remote work and travel to client sites.
One role may require two days a week in Manchester.
