Summary: Whitehall Resources is seeking a SAP SAC Senior Functional Consultant for an initial 3-month contract, requiring on-site work in Luton three days a week. The role involves leading IT solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, and collaborating with various teams to support global design and integration. The consultant will also represent their process domain in senior forums and manage project activities in line with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT solution that underpins the global standard process design for your capability area including integrations.
• Accountable for matching system design to business capability requirements.
• Work closely with business process teams to ensure alignment with S/4HANA and SAC best practices.
• Represent your process domain on senior internal and external forums.
• Support the data team in defining and migrating data objects.
• Prioritize activities in line with deployment strategy and project imperatives.
• Align existing and new IT projects with overall solution design.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure solution and data design alignment.
• Work with Non-SAP systems and Integration teams for effective delivery of integration requirements.
• Consider latest industry and SAP functionalities within your capability.
• Document and test solution design in compliance with standards.
• Report on activity status and manage RAID items.
• Champion design through appropriate governance forums.
• Represent IT as an SME and leader at program and business data forums.

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 landscape and associated BTP solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes in a Life Sciences environment.
• Recognized SME in SAP with a proven track record in complex design delivery.
• Ability to deliver IT change across multiple global locations.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to communicate in business and IT terms.
