Summary: The SAP SAC Consultant with SuccessFactors will collaborate with the HR Product Owner and HR Reporting Analyst to enhance data-driven decision-making and strategic insights within the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining data models and HR analytics dashboards in SAP Analytic Cloud, while also providing training and support to HR team members. The consultant will ensure data accuracy and security, integrate various data sources, and optimize the use of SAP Analytic Cloud for effective HR insights. The position is temporary and office-based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and curate data models within SAP Analytic Cloud.
• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using SAP Analytic Cloud.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and integrity within the SAP Analytic Cloud environment.
• Manage updates and patching via appropriate change control processes and governance.
• Integrate and combine data sets from various data sources, such as other HR systems or legacy data sets.
• Provide training and support to HR team members on using SAP Analytic Cloud tools and features.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Analytic Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve HR analytics capabilities.
• Support the wider HR tech team in upskilling on SAP Analytic Cloud.
• Optimize the use of SAP Analytic Cloud to drive effective HR data and insights.
