Summary: Seeking a dynamic SAP S4HANA Trainer to support the Finance Transformation Programme, playing a key role in the rollout of SAP S4HANA across the organization. The trainer will focus on transforming finance processes to align with strategic goals through effective training and support. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the new system. The role is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training on SAP S4HANA and finance business processes.
• Update and enhance training materials, ensuring they are tailored to end-users and align with SAP best practices.
• Conduct both online and in-person training sessions for finance teams, VIP users, and super users.
• Address staff queries, provide support, and create self-learning resources through Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with our SI partner to ensure content is integrated into SAP EnableNow and the LMS system.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed for optimal adoption and readiness.
• Work with program support to track training attendance and engagement, ensuring smooth delivery.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP S4HANA end-user training, ideally in a Financial Services or Banking setting.
• Expertise in using SAP EnableNow to create, update, and deliver training content.
• Strong experience translating complex process documentation into user-friendly training materials.
• Comfort with classroom and virtual training, including presenting to large audiences.
• Ability to develop compelling training materials that enhance user adoption and understanding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
