Summary: The role involves supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for a client in the UK, focusing on user enablement and training during the pre-go-live and go-live phases. The ideal candidate will deliver practical training and support to business users, ensuring they are prepared for the new system. This position requires hands-on experience in Sales and Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role is on-site and part-time, starting from July 20.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver role-based training for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sales and Distribution.
  • Support and coach key users and end users during User Acceptance Testing and dress rehearsals.
  • Provide floor walking and side by side support during go live and early life support.
  • Help refine training materials, quick reference guides, and user procedures.
  • Capture user feedback and issues and work with the project team to resolve them.
  • Deliver classroom style and small group training sessions for Sales and Distribution processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Provide one to one coaching and side by side support to key users and end users.
  • Support preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing for SD related scenarios.
  • Help users understand new processes, standard cloud functionality, and best practice.
  • Identify training gaps and propose improvements to training content and approach.
  • Create and refine training assets such as slide decks, step by step guides, and FAQs.
  • Work closely with the project team, business leads, and IT to manage issues impacting users.
  • Provide on-site floor walking support during go live and hypercare.
  • Track and report on training attendance, progress, and key risks related to user readiness.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in Sales and Distribution.
  • Strong understanding of core Sales and Distribution processes, such as Order to cash, Pricing and conditions, Delivery and shipment, Billing and invoicing.
  • Demonstrable experience in user enablement, training, or change adoption for SAP.
  • Confident in delivering training to business users at different levels of experience.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English.
  • Comfortable working on site with the client, building trust and rapport with local teams.
  • Ability to translate technical or system concepts into clear business language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on mindset.

We are introducing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for one of our clients in the United Kingdom. To ensure a successful go live, we are looking for an experienced SAP S 4HANA Sales and Distribution professional to support key user and end user enablement and training in the pre go live phase and during the go live itself. The focus is on practical, side by side enablement in English, delivered directly to business users during User Acceptance Testing and cutover

Location: On site at client premises in the United Kingdom

Contract type: Temporary contract part time

Start period: From July 20

Role overview

You will work on site with business stakeholders and key users to:

  • Prepare and deliver role based training for SAP S 4HANA Public Cloud Sales and Distribution
  • Support and coach key users and end users during UAT and dress rehearsals
  • Provide floor walking and side by side support during go live and early life support
  • Help refine training materials, quick reference guides and user procedures
  • Capture user feedback and issues and work with the project team to resolve them

This role is ideal for a hands on consultant or senior key user with strong S 4HANA Public Cloud Sales and Distribution experience, who enjoys working directly with business teams.
