Summary: The SAP S4 Hana Programme Manager will lead the implementation of a large-scale S4 HANA programme for a global leader in academic and educational publishing. This role requires proven delivery experience in managing SAP life cycles and overseeing project processes while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will guide teams, manage project deliverables, and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. This position is classified as outside IR35 and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Skills:

• Experience in managing SAP life cycles including implementations
• Experience as an SAP Functional and/or technical consultant (nice to have)
• End to End knowledge of SAP Implementation & Support methodologies
• Managed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S4HANA implementations
• Understanding of SAP Functional areas and interdependencies
• Several years of project planning and relationship management experience
• Knowledge of effective planning techniques for operational, tactical, and strategic planning
• Ability to analyze organizational problems and create solutions
• Effective self-management practices for managing multiple objectives
• Relationship management techniques for maintaining healthy working relationships
• Effective project management strategies and tactics
