Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a high-performing team, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Facilitate impact assessments and contribute to the estimation process for client requests.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Design and lead the implementation of scalable, efficient application architectures.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on SAP technologies within the team and across projects.
