Summary: The role of SAP S/4HANA Project Coordinator - Controlling involves coordinating communication between controlling teams and the core project controlling team, facilitating project meetings, and monitoring project activities to ensure alignment with project goals. The position requires documentation of results, problem identification, and providing expert advice to the SAP core team. The role is primarily remote with occasional meetings in Düsseldorf. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between controlling teams and the project controlling core team through planning online project meetings.
- Monitor project activities to compare target processes with actual processes based on project requirements.
- Document results and present findings in weekly online meetings for approval and action preparation.
- Provide expert advice to the SAP core team and Workstream Leads, incorporating feedback from the Business Controller.
- Identify and resolve issues related to controlling processes and system integration caused by the S/4 HANA standard implementation.
- Document identified problems and hand over to the project team.
- Moderate differing viewpoints within the controlling department for approval.
Key Skills:
- Expertise as an SAP project coordinator for the design and implementation of S4/HANA business controlling topics.
- Experience in SAP projects, preferably S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of financial controlling and accounting principles.
- Good English and very good German language skills.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to assess current needs and translate the system environment into the future SAP environment.
