Summary: The SAP S/4HANA OTC Trainer will lead the design and global delivery of end-user training for SAP S/4HANA OTC Finance within a large-scale finance transformation program. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to refine training strategies and ensure successful adoption of finance platforms. The trainer will develop training plans, create learning assets, and deliver training sessions while acting as an advisor to senior leaders. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Training & Change team and SI Partner to refine the training strategy for SAP S/4HANA OTC Finance.
  • Assess global Finance operating models and complete the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Own training plans aligned to go-live milestones.
  • Develop a scalable global training strategy covering learning channels, delivery methodologies, and resource models.
  • Design and deliver role-based curricula across Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Create high-quality learning assets including user guides, process walkthroughs, and e-learning modules.
  • Lead global train-the-trainer programmes and deliver instructor-led training.
  • Facilitate workshops, simulations, and hands-on labs.
  • Support post-go-live hyper-care and refresher sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on adoption and readiness.
  • Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Solution Leads, IT & SIs.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years leading global training teams across multiple time zones.
  • 7+ years delivering enterprise systems training with strong SAP S/4HANA Finance exposure.
  • Hands-on experience training across S/4HANA Finance modules.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale ERP / Finance transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting global, multi-country rollouts.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to lead the design, governance and global delivery of end-user training for SAP S/4HANA OTC Finance. This is a critical role within a large-scale finance transformation programme, ensuring successful adoption of enterprise finance platforms across global operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with the established Training & Change team and the SI Partner to refine the end-to-end training strategy for SAP S/4HANA OTC Finance.
  • Assess global Finance operating models, locations, workforce structures, and change impacts to complete the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and learning segments
  • Own training plans aligned to go-live milestones.
  • Develop a scalable global training strategy covering:
    • Learning channels and modalities
    • Delivery methodologies
    • Resource model and team structure
    • Sequencing and key dependencies
  • Design and deliver role-based curricula across:
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
