The Role
We are seeking a hands-on S/4HANA Functional Finance Lead to support a major finance change programme. This role will focus on the delivery of finance transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams and third-party partners to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Drive Hyperion implementation activities and associated process improvements.
- Support the deployment of e-invoicing solutions.
- Manage internal resources and external delivery partners.
- Work closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee requirements gathering, testing, deployment and business adoption activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with Hyperion implementations.
- Experience delivering e-invoicing solutions.
- Ability to operate in a hands-on delivery capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party implementation partners.
