Summary: The SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Process Lead will oversee the transformation of Asset Management practices to ensure the effective deployment of the SAP S/4HANA solution across internal sites. This role involves leading a team of subject matter experts to define, design, and improve processes and tools while collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires a strong focus on safety, health, and environmental compliance within the product compliance team. The role is based in either Macclesfield or Luton, UK, with a requirement for three days of onsite work each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform the Asset Management approach for effective SAP S/4HANA deployment.
- Lead a team of SMEs in defining, designing, and improving processes and tools.
- Collaborate with existing Process Areas and partner with External Providers.
- Ensure compliance with SHE requirements within the Product Compliance Team.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience of Asset Lifecycle Management and SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
- Detailed understanding of Asset Management Master Data requirements.
- Ability to influence key Partner Groups across Multiple Locations.
- Experience in delivering Engineering and/or IT Change across Multiple Locations.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information into Business language.
- Leadership capability to guide the Product Compliance Team.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Science in an appropriate field.
- Knowledge of SHE requirements for Dangerous goods shipping and product safety data sheets.
- Experience with SHE Management processes and SAP-EHS/Product Safety module.
- Understanding of SHE Management Master Data requirements.

bluewaveSELECT have been engaged by a leading organisation to secure an experienced SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Process Lead - Asset Management & Product Complianceto support a global SAP S/4HANA programme.
Overview:
As EPL, you will be accountable for transforming the Asset Management approach to ensure effective deployment of the SAP (S/4HANA) solution across Internal Sites. You will lead a team of SME's in the definition, design and ongoing improvement of the processes and tools to ensure efficient, effective and transparent ways of working. This will include all forms of Asset Management within the Global Operations Network, collaborating with existing Process Areas (such as Total Productive Maintenance) and partnering with External Providers where appropriate.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience of Asset Lifecycle Management processes and specifically SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
- Detailed understanding of Asset Management Master Data requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence key Partner Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External Parties.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Engineering and/or IT Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into Business language.
- Similarly, the leadership capability/leadership acumen to provide leadership to the Product Compliance Team ensuring we deliver our SHE (safety, health and environment) requirements.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Science in an appropriate field.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of SHE (safety, health and environment) requirements for to comply with Dangerous goods shipping and creation/maintenance of our Product safety data sheets.
- Experience of SHE Management processes including chemical regulatory controls/product safety processes; ideally experienced in SAP-EHS/Product Safety and Stewardship module or equivalent.
- Understanding of SHE Management Master Data requirements.
