Summary: The role of SAP S/4 Manufacturing Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant involves leading SAP implementation projects with a focus on manufacturing processes and supply chain integration. The consultant will work primarily in a remote capacity but may also be based in Buffalo, NY. Travel of 25%-50% is expected for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S/4 implementation programs, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Design end-to-end solutions and present them to business stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of functional and technical consultants.

    1. Skills required:

i. 8-10+ years of SAP implementation experience

ii. 2-3+ SAP S/4 end to end implementation experience

iii. Played the role of a Lead or a Sr. Consultant on implementation programs

iv. SAP S/4 PP (Production Planning), SAP Quality Management

v. Well versed with manufacturing processes, supply chain processes, integration with upstream and downstream processes, Understanding of process impacts both upstream with supply chain planning, procurement, and downstream with MES, warehousing, transportation management, finance processes..

vi. Experience with being an advisor for business leads, designing end to end solutions and presenting solution design to business stakeholders

vii. Experience with managing a team of functional and technical consultants

viii. Very good communication skills
