SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect

Summary: The SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of an SAP S/4 HANA solution that aligns with business strategies and regulatory requirements. The role requires expertise in SAP architecture, particularly in asset-intensive and regulated industries, with a focus on scalability, security, and integration. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery and alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Experience in the chemical and/or nuclear industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain SAP architecture roadmaps (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, RISE).
• Align SAP solutions with enterprise architecture principles and business goals.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and solution assessments across SAP modules.
• Design end-to-end SAP solutions including integrations with non-SAP systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and architecture reviews.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP architecture across multiple modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PM, EAM).
• Minimum 4 full life cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, utilities, manufacturing).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
