Summary: The SAP S/4 HANA Change Manager will play a crucial role in an ERP transformation programme within the public sector, focusing on managing a change champion network and supporting internal capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Change Network by owning and maintaining the change champion network and enabling engagement with the business.
• Oversee communications by contributing to clear messaging aligned with change outcomes and ensuring it is people-centred.
• Support training delivery by helping shape end-user training materials and surfacing training risks or needs.
• Act as a change advocate by modeling people-led change and applying Lean Change principles.
