Key Requirements/Deliverables

• Lead the end-to-end change, adoption and business readiness strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation across global teams and locations.
• Conduct change impact assessments across business processes, roles and ways of working, with particular focus on Manufacturing environments.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communications across Business Process Owners, functional SMEs, Change Leads and operational teams, ensuring strong alignment and engagement throughout the S/4HANA journey.
• Own and coordinate training, knowledge transfer, business readiness and adoption activities through testing, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Partner closely with SAP programme leadership and implementation teams to embed change activities into the wider S/4HANA delivery plan, proactively managing resistance, adoption risks and organisational readiness.
