Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end SAP recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Recruit SAP consultants across modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, FICO, ABAP, BW, HANA, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, TM, etc.
  • Work closely with sales, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, project experience, availability, visa/work authorization, and rate expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
  • Manage contract staffing, C2C, payroll parking, and permanent hiring models.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM systems.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong SAP consultant talent pipeline.
  • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP / IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and project-based hiring.
  • Experience hiring for global clients (APAC / EMEA / US preferred).
