SAP R2R Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) Consultant to support a major SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will focus on developing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs), working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to document requirements and ensure alignment with the overall solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs).
• Document R2R business processes, functional requirements and solution designs.
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
• Support process workshops, requirements gathering and documentation reviews.
• Ensure documentation aligns with SAP best practices and the agreed solution design.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to resolve queries, manage feedback and maintain documentation quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP R2R Consultant on SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes, including General Ledger, financial close and financial reporting.
• Experience developing FSDs, PDDs and other functional documentation.
• Good understanding of SAP FI/CO, ideally within an S/4HANA environment.
