Summary: The SAP S/4HANA R2R Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Record to Report processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of business requirements and the ability to deliver effective solutions that enhance financial operations. The position is a 6-month contract based in a hybrid working arrangement in the West Midlands. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R2R processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the R2R cycle, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, configurations, and user manuals to support project delivery and future reference.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of R2R processes within the broader SAP landscape.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in SAP S/4HANA R2R consulting or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules related to Finance and Controlling (FICO) and R2R processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or related fields is a plus.
