Summary: The SAP Quality Systems & Data Administrator role is a 6-month fixed-term position based in Cheshire, focused on supporting quality control operations within a global chemical manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SAP Quality Management to optimize quality processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new items in SAP QM, including inspection methods, master inspection characteristics, and inspection plans.
• Create and maintain Quality Info Records for procured items.
• Manage inspection lots, result recording processes, and usage decisions in SAP.
• Input supplier Certificate of Analysis (CofA) data against specifications.
• Approve and sign off Quality Control results worksheets.
• Create and approve manual Certificates of Analysis (COA) in SAP.
• Liaise with plants and logistics for smooth product dispatch.
• Monitor the QC Inbox and respond to queries to resolve issues.
• Raise and receipt purchase requisitions within SAP.
