Summary: SAP QM Consultant with active SC Clearance is needed for a 6-month contract in Bristol, requiring 3 days per week on-site work. The role involves supporting the SAP Design phase for the rollout of the SAP ECC6 template and ensuring compliance with defense industry standards. The consultant will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate design decisions while preparing functional specifications. Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client SAP Design phase to rollout SAP ECC6 template.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and validate design decisions as part of a fit gap analysis.
- Design SAP QM modules according to business needs.
- Support integration with related modules (MM, and PP).
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Conduct workshops, provide documentation.
- Ensure compliance with defense industry standards and security protocols.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation.
- Proven track record in SAP ECC6 projects, particularly in design and rollout phases.
- Deep understanding of production planning processes (MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers).
- Ability to work in a defense environment with strict compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting testing cycles.
