Summary: The SAP PTM (Plan to Make) Global Functional Analyst - PPDS role involves analyzing, configuring, and optimizing the Plan to Make process within the SAP PPDS module for a leading global healthcare company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Plan to Make (PTM) process within SAP PPDS, ensuring alignment between production planning, detailed scheduling, and execution.
- Analyze, configure, and optimize SAP PPDS to support global production planning and scheduling requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather PTM requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PTM and SAP PPDS, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for PTM and SAP PPDS configurations, processes, and user training materials.
- Support integration efforts between SAP PPDS and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, QM).
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on PTM and SAP PPDS functionalities.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation to ensure compliance and performance.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a SAP PPDS Consultant, with a focus on implementation and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PPDS and its integration with SAP PP, MM, and QM modules.
- Strong expertise in production planning processes, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and scripting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
