Summary: The SAP PS Consultant role involves leading the rollout of S4 Service Management, focusing on business requirements analysis, customization of SAP applications, and user support. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP systems align with service business needs and enhance operational efficiency. A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP modules related to Project System is required. The position is hybrid and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents.
- Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
- Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
- Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.
- Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program.
- Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PS.
