Summary: Kirtana Consulting is seeking an SAP PS Consultant for a 6-month rolling contract in London. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Project System and involves responsibilities such as rollout, requirement gathering, and user support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service business operations and ensure system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents.
- Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
- Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
- Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.
- Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program.
- Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
Key Skills:
