SAP Programme Manager - SAP S/4 HANA

Summary: The SAP Programme Manager will oversee a Brownfield and Bluefield SAP S/4 HANA transformation programme within a manufacturing context. This role requires extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and programme management, ensuring alignment with time, scope, and budget while delivering business benefits. The position demands strong leadership and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The contract is for 12 months and offers a hybrid working arrangement in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP S/4 HANA transformation programme in a manufacturing environment.
• Define the SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Roadmap.
• Manage implementation covering key functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Ensure quality standards and deliver business benefits.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Employ SAP Activate, Waterfall, or PMP methodologies for programme management.
• Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams through effective leadership.
• Engage with C-suite and senior leadership, communicating succinctly and effectively.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• Proven programme management experience in Brownfield and Bluefield projects.
• Knowledge of SAP modules including SD, FI/CO, WM, PP, PM, SRM, and HR.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Waterfall, or PMP methodologies.

Salary (Rate): £224,000.00
