Summary: The Program Lead for the OTC EMEA Programme is responsible for overseeing the deployment of the S4HANA OTC implementation across various markets, ensuring that commercial systems are effectively integrated with the new template. This role requires collaboration with a Scaled Agile team and involves project planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation to ensure successful market deployments. The position also emphasizes continuous improvement and alignment with strategic priorities within the commercial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial OTC EMEA workstream, collaborating with IT and Business programme sponsors for system deployment.
- Facilitate a Scaled Agile team, ensuring smooth go-live processes and market deployments.
- Foster a collaborative environment with open communication among team members.
- Support budget discussions and manage risks and opportunities.
- Represent the Commercial Workstream in critical meetings and discussions.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans to achieve programme objectives.
- Coordinate with business leaders for alignment and execution of project tasks.
- Coordinate end-to-end system testing and implement improvements in testing processes.
- Partner with the Commercial Workstream business lead for strategic alignment.
- Serve as a contact point between Commercial and Supply Chain organisations.
- Provide support and act as an escalation point for project issues.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for programme success.
- Manage co-dependencies across PIs and products, ensuring consistent release plans.
- Demonstrate leadership in complex situations to keep the programme on track.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
Key Skills:
- Participation in SAFE Scaled Agile programmes.
- Exposure to SAP / S4HANA projects.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Order to Cash processes.
- Experience with Commercial applications, including SFE, Data & Analytics, and Contract Management.
- Experience in budget management.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence without authority.
- High level of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
