Summary: The SAP Program Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end migration of SAP and non-SAP systems to Azure Cloud, ensuring effective planning, execution, and management of the migration lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and the management of project timelines and risks. The position also involves coordinating offshore teams and leading cutover activities during go-live. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP program management and cloud migration methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full SAP cloud migration lifecycle – planning, execution, and cutover management
• Work with multiple stakeholders – SAP, Vnomics, system integrators, and clients
• Manage project timelines, risks, RAID logs, and regular status reporting
• Coordinate offshore teams and ensure smooth delivery
• Lead cutover activities during go-live (weekends only)
• Engage in meaningful discussions on SAP Basis & Cloud topics with clients

Key Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience in SAP program management
• Strong expertise in SAP & cloud migration methodologies (HSR, import-export, etc.)
• Successfully managed large SAP cloud migrations (50+ systems, 5TB+ data)
• Experience handling multiple mid/small SAP migration programs
