• Managing the entire delivery of migrating SAP & non-SAP systems to Azure cloud
• Project planning and coordination with vendors like SAP, Vnomics, and system integrators
• Ensuring schedule adherence and managing program communication, RAID log tracking, and reporting
• Coordinating offshore delivery and cutover activities during go-live
• Preparing and publishing project plans and status reports
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with clients regarding SAP Basis and cloud activities
• Managing large and mid/small size SAP cloud migration programs
• Reporting on project status daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
